Associate Manufacturing - Manufacturing Services (Nights) (Biotech)

Location: West Greenwich, Rhode Island, United States; onsite manufacturing role. The position works 12-hour rotating night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM on C or D Shift. Initial onboarding lasts 2–6 weeks on an administrative schedule, Monday through Friday, approximately 8 AM to 5 PM.

Salary: $70,985.20–$96,038.80 annual base salary, plus a 15% night-shift differential and premium pay for Sundays worked.

What you will do

• Perform and monitor critical Manufacturing Services processes according to approved SOPs.
• Execute routine validation protocols and review manufacturing documentation.
• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment and support documentation reviews.
• Initiate and own area deviations, support LEAN activities, and recommend improvements to routine functions.
• Provide technical leadership, participate in cross-functional teams, and represent Manufacturing Services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience; or an associate degree plus 6 months of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to follow SOPs and apply GMP, basic chemistry, biology, physical principles, and analytical methods in manufacturing.
• Experience or knowledge with process equipment, cleanroom operations, washers, autoclaves, weighing and dispensing, and CIP/SIP processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of LIMS, MES, SAP, DeltaV, TrackWise, and PI systems is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, intermediate mathematics, mechanical, and team-leadership skills are preferred.
• Ability to use powered industrial vehicles and collaborate independently with external resources is preferred.
