Warehouse Clerk (Logistics)

Location: The Bronx, New York, United States; onsite warehouse and delivery work, Monday to Friday.

Salary: $21.00/hour; final compensation depends on skills and experience.

Wonderful Sales supports the distribution and merchandising of consumer brands from The Wonderful Company across supermarkets and retailers in the United States and Canada.

What you will do

• Receive and unload incoming shipments and load trucks for outgoing deliveries.
• Assemble customer and driver orders by pulling cases, building pallets or racks, preparing shipments, and checking pick accuracy.
• Maintain inventory control, warehouse organization, and cleanliness.
• Move and park company box trucks in the yard and deliver products to stores or customer warehouses when needed.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment, maintain safe and clean conditions, and report deficiencies to management.
• Follow company personal, driving, and food safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience using material-handling equipment, specifically forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Valid driver's license, no major driving infractions, and successful completion of a background check.
• Ability to drive an 18- to 24-foot box truck with a liftgate; no Commercial Driver's License is required.
• Ability to move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills; English proficiency is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Apple-based products, including iPhone.
