Client Account Services Specialist (Manager/AVP)

What you will do

• Review account-opening documentation for completeness, including supporting KYC and constitutional documents for complex accounts.
• Work with Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers to identify missing documentation and support client follow-ups.
• Update client data from source documents in the bank’s client onboarding system.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and ensure submissions are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate with Compliance to keep policies and processes aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Implement controls, identify risk areas, remediate errors, and improve account-opening processes with relevant teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Relevant experience in private banking or retail banking.
• Interest in developing a career in account documentation review.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
