Client Associate, Fund Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and post, identify concerns, and coordinate issue resolution with other teams.
• Verify customer requests and manage them through to completion.
• Support client onboarding and perform ongoing KYC due diligence for corporate and retail clients.
• Detect, assess, escalate, and report potentially fraudulent or suspicious activity in line with AML/KYC requirements.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of client products, market conditions, regulatory requirements, policies, and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma qualification.
• At least two years of customer service experience in transfer agency, fund management, or a related financial area preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting agreed turnaround times.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and pressure-management skills.
• Work visa sponsorship is unavailable.
