Core and Employee Compliance Analyst (Investment Management)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Administer the firm's Code of Ethics and employee compliance program.
• Review employee reports and certifications, identify potential issues, and escalate them appropriately.
• Review electronic communications alerts, document findings, and escalate concerns to senior Compliance officers.
• Support system testing, data validation, and the implementation and refinement of electronic communications surveillance scenarios.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance on internal policies, procedures, and training.
• Support long-term projects related to compliance with new and existing regulations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience and a demonstrated record of achievement in academic and professional settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Experience in paralegal work, accounting, financial operations, compliance, or investment management is beneficial but not required.
