TxB Onboarding Associate (Client Onboarding)

What you will do

• Manage complex client onboarding across the full front-to-back journey, from RFP participation through due diligence, documentation, setup, training, and go-live.
• Generate client documentation, coordinate KYC/CIP due diligence, and support contract negotiation and execution.
• Partner with Coverage, Legal, Risk, Compliance, QA, and control teams across jurisdictions and industries.
• Drive process change, identify efficiencies, and streamline onboarding steps to reduce client go-live timelines.
• Resolve client and internal delivery blockers while maintaining robust risk, control, process, and procedure standards.
• Support early-stage servicing, train junior team members, and provide governance and status visibility to clients and leadership.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a client-facing role.
• Established expertise in KYC/CIP due diligence and policy requirements across the US, UK, and Europe.
• Strong project management, communication, interpersonal, process improvement, and organizational skills.
• Experience building and training team members and leading by example.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage complex transaction banking onboarding.
