TL;DR
Senior Specialist - Business Systems Analysis (SAP Ariba/Fintech): Supporting vendor lifecycle management, procurement, and finance technology platforms with an accent on business requirements, API integrations, data analysis, and Agile delivery. Focus on integrating SAP Ariba and related systems, solving complex operational issues, and improving vendor management workflows through automation and continuous improvement.
Location: Onsite in Austin, TX or Southlake, TX
Salary: USD $45.67–$52.88 per hour, plus eligible bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do
- Drive technology strategy and delivery for procurement, vendor management, and finance functions.
- Support vendor lifecycle management platforms and processes, including intake, Source-to-Contract, and Procure-to-Pay.
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions within an Agile delivery environment.
- Support integrations, data conversion, data mapping, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Partner with product owners and engineering teams across the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, business analytics, or related technology delivery roles.
- 3+ years of experience supporting SAP Ariba, including Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Sourcing, Contracts, or Guided Buying.
- Experience with vendor lifecycle management, Agile delivery practices, SQL, data analysis, API-based integrations, and middleware technologies.
- Experience with data conversion, data mapping, full software development lifecycle delivery, and complex issue resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with procurement, supplier onboarding, contract management, third-party risk management, Zip, or ProcessUnity.
- Experience with Jira, Rally, GitHub, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of DevOps, operational support, automation, continuous improvement, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts.
