Salary: $187,800–$348,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Set the operating strategy, governance, prioritization, and performance measures for analytics delivery.
• Own resource deployment, utilization, service quality, revenue, margin, and financial health across analytics services.
• Oversee standard deliverables, routine requests, dedicated analyst services, and fee-for-service engagements.
• Improve delivery efficiency through automation, reusable content, standardized methods, and feedback loops.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, Finance, Sales, Account Management, and analytics teams to align delivery with client needs.
• Build and develop a high-performing analytics delivery organization with clear career paths, succession plans, and leadership capability.

Requirements

• Experience leading analytics delivery operations across clinical, operational, or strategy intelligence.
• Ability to manage data reporting, business intelligence systems, analytic delivery, and development dependencies.
• Experience overseeing scope, pricing, staffing, delivery quality, and financial performance for client engagements.
• Ability to identify operational risks and capacity constraints and develop mitigation plans.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional and client-facing stakeholders.
