What you will do

• Translate the Integrated Insights and Delivery strategy into an executable roadmap across Clinical, Operational, and Strategy Intelligence.
• Lead the creation of client-specific insight vignettes that combine data, analytics, digital capabilities, and subject matter expertise.
• Establish governance, roles, processes, service levels, quality controls, and performance measures for scalable insight delivery.
• Represent Integrated Insights and Client Impact in senior internal and external forums, executive reporting, and strategic business reviews.
• Partner with product, data science, consulting, research, strategy intelligence, and analytic operations teams to improve client outcomes.
• Advance analytics, AI, automation, reusable content, and standardized frameworks while developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Executive leadership experience across cross-disciplinary analytics, intelligence, strategy, or client-impact functions.
• Ability to translate data, industry intelligence, and subject matter expertise into concise recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Experience managing integrated insights professionals and analytic engineers.
• Strong analytical storytelling, collaboration, governance, operating-model, and enterprise leadership capabilities.
• Ability to build talent programs, career paths, and succession plans.
• Role based in Chicago, IL.
