Project Manager II (Electrical Equipment Manufacturing)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; on-site

Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually plus bonus; restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Own custom low-voltage switchboard orders from customer submittal approval through engineering release, material readiness, assembly, testing, and shipment.
• Drive customer drawing approvals, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and engineering revisions to closure.
• Manage long-lead components including breakers, bus systems, metering, instrument transformers, and enclosures.
• Maintain work-order schedules aligned with assembly-line loading and plant capacity.
• Coordinate quality inspections, production testing, non-conformance resolution, and customer witness testing.
• Track order costs, forecasts, delivery readiness, customer communication, risks, milestones, and executive dashboard inputs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience with low-voltage power distribution equipment such as switchboards, panelboards, bus systems, protective devices, and metering.
• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, industrial technology, construction management, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret single-line diagrams, elevation drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams and assess constructability risks.
• Experience managing customer submittal approvals, constrained-material risk, production schedules, and project cost performance.
• Working knowledge of electrical and building codes; proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or Primavera P6.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with UL 891 switchboards or UL 1558 switchgear.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, and applicable ANSI/IEEE standards.
• Experience serving hyperscale data center or mission-critical customers.
• PMP or CAPM certification and lean or continuous-improvement experience.
• Experience with SAP, Visual, or Acumatica manufacturing ERP systems.
