Imaging Specialist

Location: On-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA

Salary: $15.00–$17.00 per hour

What you will do

• Sort, index, scan, and destroy documents according to established procedures and productivity metrics.
• Monitor imaging jobs for completeness and accuracy, perform quality checks, and maintain scanning logs.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including loading paper and toner and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Prioritize workflow, meet deadlines, and communicate with internal clients about issues.
• Assist with training new hires, answer center telephone calls, and place service calls when needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of imaging experience and a scanning background in imaging or post scripting.
• Computer proficiency, strong documentation and evaluation skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to review documents quickly, identify pertinent information, and handle sensitive or confidential materials.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, meet deadlines, work overtime when needed, and stand for most or all of the workday.
• Professional attire is required.
