Salary: $28.85–$36.74 per hour.

What you will do

• Engage customers in Microsoft opportunity conversations and identify additional value through professional and managed services.
• Provide consultative support to sales teams and sales leadership.
• Guide account managers and customers on Microsoft Volume Licensing products, pricing, and programs.
• Manage inbound support requests from account managers in a timely manner.
• Stay current on Microsoft programs, technical knowledge, market trends, and operational models.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Microsoft lifecycle and renewals process.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Volume Licensing.
• Comfort presenting to internal teams.
• Strong consultative skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
