Marketing Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Universal City, California; minimum three days per week in the office

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own recurring, time-sensitive reporting, data pulls, campaign validation, and promotional tracking for partnership marketing.
• Report on placement, traffic, and campaign performance across websites and apps while campaigns are active.
• Use AI tools and agents to automate manual reporting, data pulls, and validation workflows.
• Reconcile promotional redemptions, costs, and partner obligations.
• Identify unusual changes, performance signals, and opportunities for action.
• Standardize and document recurring analytics processes for consistent execution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of analytics experience, ideally in marketing or a consumer business.
• Strong SQL skills and disciplined reporting, QA, and data validation practices.
• Ability to apply AI tools to streamline workflows or learn them quickly.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience influencing roadmaps and KPIs through action-oriented recommendations.
• Ability to work from the Universal City office at least three days per week.
