iOS Engineer (Sponsorships)

Location: Hybrid, with locations in New York and San Francisco; remote work is listed.

Salary: $140,000–$260,000 annual cash compensation, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop new and existing sponsorship experiences in the native iOS app for creators and audiences.
• Contribute to product direction and brainstorming for sponsorship products and experiences.
• Iterate on mobile app and web flows, run A/B tests, and measure product outcomes.
• Own work across research, product concepts, implementation, experimentation, and delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, support staff, customers, and sponsorship partners.
• Lead iOS technical work through code reviews, mentorship, and thoughtful architecture.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping high-quality native iOS applications to the App Store.
• Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead technical initiatives.
• High standards for production systems and user experience quality.
• Strong collaboration skills and interest in building products for independent creators.
