Senior iOS Software Engineer (Swift/SwiftUI)

Location: San Bruno, California, United States. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Base salary: $208,000–$234,500 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, implement, launch, and maintain critical user-facing features for the hirify.global Me iOS app.
• Develop features end to end, including opportunities for cross-platform implementation.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with mobile, backend, frontend, UX, product, test, and quality engineering teams.
• Align with Android engineers to maintain cross-platform consistency and improve mobile developer productivity.
• Define requirements, design mocks, implement regulatory protocols, and communicate engineering tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience developing iOS mobile applications.
• Native app development experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and a computer science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Existing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of modern iOS frameworks and architectures such as TCA.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Full-stack experience with backend services and web frontends.
• Strong interest in UX and experience building high-quality public-facing iOS apps.
