TL;DR
Solutions Architect (C#/.NET/Healthcare): Designing scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare solutions from discovery through delivery with an accent on U.S. healthcare systems, EHR/EMR interoperability, and sensitive patient data protection. Focus on integrating APIs and event-driven architectures, ensuring HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR compliance, and guiding distributed engineering teams through complex architectural decisions.
Location: Mexico/Chihuahua; work from home 100% of the time or work from one of the global offices

What you will do
- Own end-to-end solution architecture from discovery through delivery, aligning business, product, and regulatory requirements.
- Design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures for healthcare systems handling sensitive patient data.
- Translate healthcare workflows, clinical data, and regulatory constraints into technical solutions for stakeholders.
- Lead architecture for data integration, interoperability, EHR/EMR integrations, APIs, messaging, and event-driven systems.
- Guide engineering implementation and provide technical leadership, mentorship, documentation, estimation, and strategy.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers while leading technical discussions, workshops, and solution presentations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, including strong C#/.NET expertise.
- 3+ years as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead with ownership of delivery and architectural decisions.
- Deep experience with U.S. healthcare systems, EHR/EMR platforms, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and related compliance frameworks.
- Experience designing data-driven, integration-heavy systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and secure cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with security, privacy, sensitive data protection, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to work independently and engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
