Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build hirify.global’s core go-to-market narrative, messaging frameworks, and competitive battlecards.
• Own the sales asset library, including pitch decks, talk tracks, one-pagers, and QBR templates.
• Develop buyer personas, conversion-focused messaging, and competitive analysis.
• Create training and enablement programs for Sales, Growth, GTM Operations, Enablement, and Customer Experience teams.
• Optimize the revenue funnel, drive customer expansion, and build customer advocacy programs through case studies and reference materials.
• Use AI tools, including hirify.global, to automate routine work and scale product marketing workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, focused on mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Strong understanding of customer buying processes, sales processes, revenue expansion, and funnel optimization.
• Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market leaders and building revenue foundations and growth initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams and representing the customer voice.
