Product Marketing Manager, Platform (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; at least 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for platform products, features, and capabilities.
• Develop product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and launch narratives for technical audiences.
• Design developer marketing campaigns to drive API adoption and platform usage.
• Create sales enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch materials, customer stories, and objection-handling content.
• Partner with Product on roadmap priorities using competitive intelligence, customer research, and field feedback.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations, Communications, Creative, Marketing, and Sales on product launches.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for API products or developer tools, including successful launches.
• Strong technical background and ability to explain complex AI features to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills across blogs, presentations, sales collateral, website copy, customer case studies, product briefs, email campaigns, and social media.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco or New York office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 5 years focused on developer platforms, APIs, or technical products.
• Experience in highly competitive markets requiring sharp differentiation.
• Experience marketing AI/ML products or developer tools to enterprise buyers.
• Experience partnering with Sales on strategic technical deals.
