Senior Product Manager (Email Security)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas; London, UK; or Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €68,000–€94,000 annual salary for Portugal-based hires

What you will do

• Own the strategic roadmap and lifecycle of the Email Security product.
• Define capabilities addressing Business Email Compromise, advanced phishing, and evolving email threats.
• Partner with Threat Intelligence and Detections teams to improve security intelligence, detection, enforcement, and customer understanding.
• Integrate Email Security with hirify.global One, including Gateway, CASB, DLP, and the broader Zero Trust platform.
• Engage directly with customers, engineering, sales, and Global 2000 CISOs to document needs and drive product adoption.
• Develop competitive differentiators, support new-market expansion, and represent the product vision internally and externally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning and scaling complex enterprise security products in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to make data-driven product decisions, write persuasive product narratives, and lead with conviction.
• Technical understanding of mail flow, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, cloud infrastructure, and API performance.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle, from high-fidelity PRDs through cross-functional global launches.

Nice to have

• Experience using agentic coding tools for codebase navigation, dependency mapping, or feature prototyping.
• Deep knowledge of Zero Trust security, including identity, device, and data security.
• Understanding of modern email threats and machine learning-based detection.
• Experience collaborating with design engineers on low-fidelity prototypes.
