Principal Product Marketing Manager (Glean Agents)

Location: Hybrid, based four days per week in the San Francisco or Mountain View office

Salary: $224,000–$258,000 annual base salary, with potential variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing teams.
• Position Glean Agents as a category leader in enterprise AI.
• Partner with product teams to increase adoption, refine features, and maintain competitive differentiation.
• Represent customer and market perspectives across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• Create messaging, content, and marketing assets that increase product awareness, demand, and adoption.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, liberal arts, or a related field.
• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work four days per week from the San Francisco or Mountain View office.
