Senior GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Austin, TX, United States. Roles tied to an office require working from the office four days a week.

What you will do

• Build and deploy production AI agents and agent-assisted workflows for sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle, including technical design, prototyping, implementation, testing, evaluation, release, monitoring, and iteration.
• Connect Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Slack, and internal data through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations.
• Extend low-code platforms and build automations and orchestrations using Salesforce and AI-assisted development tools.
• Implement production controls such as human review, observability, permissions, auditability, sensitive-data safeguards, error handling, and rollback paths.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, IT, and Security to troubleshoot, document, harden, and scale solutions while measuring business and technical outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, Solutions Engineering, Growth Engineering, Data Engineering, Revenue Operations Systems, or a comparable technical role.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered agents, copilots, or automations used by business teams in production.
• Production programming experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Apex, plus working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, data mapping, integration troubleshooting, and production automation operations.
• Strong Salesforce experience covering data modeling, Flow, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
• Experience with testing, evaluation, monitoring, failure recovery, access controls, change management, technical documentation, and cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with ZoomInfo, Clay, buyer-intent data, enrichment, account prioritization, or opportunity scoring.
• Knowledge of agent frameworks, Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, or evaluation frameworks.
• Salesforce platform development certifications and experience with Salesforce development and release tooling.
