What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify gaps in Scrum adoption and guide teams toward effective practices.
• Coach teams on Scrum Values and Agile Manifesto principles.
• Maintain a steady sprint rhythm and improve delivery predictability.
• Support team development, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and enable the team’s success as a servant leader.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
• Experience identifying Scrum adoption gaps and leading teams toward improved practices.
• Strong understanding of Scrum Values, Agile Manifesto principles, team development, and coaching.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
