Scrum Master

Location: Remote within the APAC region: Singapore, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, or Taiwan

What you will do

• Build self-organising, high-performing teams and guide them in applying Scrum and agile practices.
• Manage project scope, timelines, estimates, resource requirements, budgets, and scope changes.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, progress meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, resolve team issues, and support continuous improvement through experiments and metrics.
• Build effective relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
• Report project status, team performance, risks, and financial information to the business.

Requirements

• Scrum Master certification, qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience applying Scrum, broad awareness of agile principles, and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in an enterprise agency environment.
• Strong servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience with budget and time tracking tools, issue tracking software, and project management tool selection.
• Excellent written and spoken English, comfort with technical terminology, and a broad understanding of HTML, CSS, CMS, JavaScript, and version control.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI-assisted development tools and understanding of their appropriate use and limitations.
