Accounts Payable Manager

What you will do

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable operations and lead the AP team.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage employees while applying standardized processes and automation.
• Harmonize AP processes, policies, controls, and performance metrics across operating companies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Partner with Financial Shared Services, the Global Controller, and cross-functional stakeholders on escalations and process improvements.
• Review and approve payments, invoices, and adjustments within assigned authority levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or at least 3 years of related Accounts Payable experience.
• At least 1 year of people-management experience.
• Experience supporting month-end close, accrual preparation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP, D365, or a similar ERP system.
• On-site availability in Coralville, Iowa, or Fargo, North Dakota, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADP and Workday.
