Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Manage daily operations of the Corporate Accounting team and strengthen internal controls.
• Improve accounting processes and support ERP system enhancements.
• Coach and develop Accounting Supervisors and their teams.
• Oversee financial and cost accounting, leases, fixed assets, cash, and other operational accounting activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis.
• Partner with leadership to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA designation and 5+ years of Accounting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on team leadership experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, or system enhancements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work on-site.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle G/L or a similar ERP system.
