What you will do

  • Coordinate project initiation, document sharing, work plans, estimates, and project controls.
  • Coordinate vendors and service delivery for assigned systems and services.
  • Manage multiple work streams, cross-project dependencies, and project impacts.
  • Research, benchmark, and track project databases; prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Host prospective executives by coordinating visit communications, travel, follow-up, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Support division events, including commencements, groundbreakings, and building openings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four years of related experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, manage multiple projects, collaborate, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • All positions are security-sensitive and require a criminal history investigation and credential verification.

Nice to have

  • Degree in business administration, public administration, higher education administration, planning, facilities management, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in higher education administration, facilities planning, project management, institutional research, or operations management.
  • Experience with space inventory, scheduling, GIS, facilities databases, reporting, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience supporting committees, governance groups, or executive leadership.
