Apartment Resident Relations Manager - Burano Hunter's Creek (Property Management)

What you will do

• Follow the sales process, promptly follow up with prospects, and schedule and conduct apartment tours.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals for new leases and renewals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address resident needs.
• Provide leasing support to other communities in the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts and follow Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• Demonstrated success in setting and achieving goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability during office hours, including weekends when required by the community or season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
