Occupational Health & Wellness LPN (Evernorth)

Location: Onsite in Calhoun, Georgia, United States. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Provide nursing assessment, prioritization, basic wound care, vital-sign checks, immunizations, and emergency support within LPN scope and clinical protocols.
• Coordinate care, referrals, follow-up services, employee health resources, and Employee Assistance Program support.
• Manage workplace injury and workers’ compensation activities, including referrals, documentation, modified duty, and return-to-work coordination.
• Support occupational medicine programs such as influenza events, hearing preservation, health screenings, blood drives, and safety education.
• Deliver health coaching and preventive-care education covering chronic disease management, stress, sleep, resilience, and healthy lifestyle behaviors.
• Maintain medical supplies, electronic health records, and compliance with CLIA and OSHA requirements.

Requirements

• Active Georgia LPN license in good standing; multistate licensure is preferred.
• At least two years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and computer applications.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, protect confidentiality, and build effective employee relationships.
• Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, health education, and coaching skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in occupational health, wellness, primary care, employee health, or an employer-sponsored health center.
• Experience with corporate populations, workforce well-being, stress management, preventive health, or employee engagement.
• Training in health coaching, motivational interviewing, wellness program delivery, or behavior change strategies.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes.
