Wellness Nurse (LPN) Part-Time 3pm - 11pm (Senior Living)

Location: Shrewsbury, New Jersey, USA; onsite role with a 3pm–11pm schedule and every other weekend

Salary: $38–$40 per hour

What you will do

• Provide personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents.
• Administer or assist with medications according to each resident’s care plan.
• Check residents’ well-being, identify changes in condition, and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support resident assessments and documentation at required state or community intervals.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Director and Assistant Wellness Director.
• Assist and support residents safely, including tasks requiring lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited or state-approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN or LVN license required.
• Experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings is preferred; new graduates are welcome.
• Experience with residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new applications; ability to perform physical duties and use proper body mechanics.
