Wellness Nurse (LPN) Overnight Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Shrewsbury, New Jersey, USA; onsite overnight work with every other weekend

Salary: $38.00–$40.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and promote holistic wellness for residents during overnight shifts.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being and conduct thorough assessments.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff and nursing activities in line with community policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance according to federal, state, and local standards.
• Support residents with hands-on care, including lifting and assisting with mobility when required.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Experience with residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Microsoft Office applications, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting is preferred.
