Commercial Sourcing Advisor

Location: Findlay, Ohio; additional locations in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania; Houston, Texas; and San Antonio, Texas. Travel up to 50%.

hirify.global is an energy company whose Midstream business supports the MPLX natural gas and natural gas liquids organization, including pipelines, terminals, storage, transportation, processing, and marketing operations.

What you will do

• Develop and implement regional and local sourcing and contracting strategies for goods and services.
• Lead bid packages from scope development through purchase order execution, including vendor pre-bid meetings and site walks.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial terms, service and supply agreements, rate sheets, and contract amendments.
• Conduct benchmarking, market analysis, root cause analysis, total cost of ownership evaluations, and should-cost modeling.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance KPIs, contract compliance, issue resolution, and contractor qualification.
• Identify cost savings, cost avoidance, revenue enhancement, risk-reduction, and supply-base optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Science, or a related discipline preferred.
• At least four years of supply chain or relevant business experience.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Tableau, M365, and TRACK.
• Skills in contract negotiations, strategic sourcing, market research, project management, financial analysis, and supply chain risk management.
• Midstream oil and gas, project management, or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work from a listed U.S. location.
