CRB Treasury Mgmt Advisor II (Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire, develop, retain, and deepen profitable treasury management relationships.
• Prospect for new business, conduct sales activities, and prepare customer proposals.
• Price and structure treasury management products and cross-sell other bank products.
• Build internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive opportunities.
• Manage banker relationships through relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call planning, partner plans, and joint calls.
• Track weekly and monthly sales results, maintain accurate data, support outbound calling initiatives, and mentor colleagues when needed.

Requirements

• Three or more years of banking experience focused on treasury management or cash management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or four or more years of banking and/or treasury management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Springfield, Missouri.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of treasury management experience.
• CTP or another professional designation.
