What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales interactions, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking products and solutions to improve financial wellbeing.
• Build customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through technology-enabled financial guidance.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing operational risk.
• Participate in daily branch operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or banking product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the office at the Webster Groves branch.
