What you will do

• Build, expand, and retain customer relationships by assessing financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
• Support account opening and closing, account research, customer service requests, teller transactions, and issue resolution.
• Generate business through in-person interactions, outbound calls, business visits, networking events, and workplace events.
• Solicit and facilitate consumer loan requests while following applicable loan policies and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to small business, corporate, institutional, mortgage, and financial advisory partners.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, meet individual and branch goals, and comply with banking laws, regulations, and internal procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of customer-facing, goal-oriented experience.
• Ability to motivate and present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced banking environment and coach branch employees when the AFCM is absent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), or ability to obtain an NMLS license after employment.
