Senior Banking Advisor (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Develop new client relationships through prospect identification and targeted marketing strategies.
• Manage complex banking, credit, and treasury management relationships and identify opportunities for investment and fiduciary solutions.
• Structure and negotiate complex loan and lease agreements, including pricing, interest rates, swaps, and related financing structures.
• Advise clients through a goals-driven wealth management approach.
• Generate leads through centers of influence and cultivate partner networks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, lead complex problem-solving, and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
• Advanced knowledge of banking, financing, and the competitive landscape.
• Working knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, sales, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret business challenges, recommend improvements, and influence stakeholders.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
