TL;DR
IT Operations Engineer (Networking) (AWS/Azure/VMware): Managing enterprise data-center infrastructure and network operations for mission-critical game-day systems with an accent on server administration, cloud operations, virtualization, monitoring, and incident response. Focus on troubleshooting multisite environments, supporting secure high-availability infrastructure, and resolving complex network incidents during weekend, holiday, and game-day operations.
Location: Onsite in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, United States. The schedule includes Friday through Tuesday, weekends and holidays, with onsite shifts listed as 3:00 PM–12:00 AM.
Salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year.

What you will do
- Manage Windows, Linux, and Unix server environments.
- Administer AWS, Azure, O365, VMware, and containerization environments.
- Monitor infrastructure and network performance using SolarWinds and DataDog.
- Lead network incident resolution, escalation, and SLA compliance.
- Implement secure networking solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Create and maintain network topology documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Cisco Nexus, Arista, Meraki switches, Cisco wireless controllers, firewalls, routing protocols, and NOC operations.
- Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and Unix environments with ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, O365, VMware, virtualization, and containerization.
- Experience troubleshooting backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Rubrik and Zerto.
- Experience with network monitoring, automation tools, scripting, and complex multisite environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience; CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or related certifications are preferred.
Nice to have
- Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, and cloud networking.
- Experience with infrastructure capacity planning, performance tuning, video streaming technologies, or CDNs.
