Field Medical Outcomes, Director, Non-MD (Clinical Informatics)

Location: Remote within Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Colorado, or Wyoming. The role requires proximity within a two-hour drive of a major airport and involves 40–50% travel, including overnight travel and occasional weekends.

Annual base salary: $176,600–$294,300, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead medical outcomes strategy and account planning for assigned payers, managed care organizations, specialty pharmacies, and other organized healthcare customers.
• Provide objective medical information using real-world evidence, pharmacoeconomic models, outcomes tools, educational programs, HOPEs, and non-interventional studies.
• Design, analyze, and communicate healthcare studies, outcomes evaluations, and population health improvement initiatives.
• Assess healthcare information technology opportunities, analyze clinical workflows, and support the development of EHR-based clinical solutions and resources.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Medical Information, Field Medical, account teams, and external healthcare stakeholders on customer-specific projects and research.
• Represent hirify.global Medical Affairs through scientific presentations, professional associations, publications, advisory boards, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Must reside in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Colorado, or Wyoming and have permanent U.S. work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree in health science required; PharmD, PhD, or another equivalent terminal doctoral degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, 7 years with a master’s degree, or 5 years with a terminal doctorate.
• Experience in clinical or formulary management, managed care, the pharmaceutical industry, quality improvement, data analytics, or health economics and outcomes research.
• Significant experience interacting with payers and organized healthcare customers, plus strong study design, data analysis, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, compliant driving record, ability to travel regularly by air, and flexibility to work occasional weekends are required.

Nice to have

• Field-based medical or outcomes experience.
• Experience with claims data, electronic health records, clinical informatics, health information technology, or EHR optimization.
• Microsoft Access, statistics software, or data programming experience.
• Residency or fellowship experience and knowledge of the U.S. healthcare business environment.
