VP of Marketing (Remote)

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Build, lead, coach, and scale an internal marketing team.
• Drive demand generation through paid, organic, partner, and outbound channels.
• Own brand strategy, messaging, content marketing, social media, website performance, SEO, and conversion paths.
• Manage marketing technology, including Salesforce, marketing automation, data enrichment, and analytics platforms.
• Lead co-marketing initiatives, sales enablement, webinars, conferences, partner events, and executive programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in B2B consulting, professional services, technology services, or a related environment.
• Proven success with revenue-focused demand generation and marketing team leadership.
• Experience with CRM and marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce or similar solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; ability to work fully remotely and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with UKG, SAP, Workday, HR technology, ERP, AI, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Experience bringing marketing functions in-house, supporting multiple service lines, or leading rebranding initiatives.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
