Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, and other digital channels.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate the timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, internal teams, and clients to develop creative materials.
• Analyze campaign performance, manage advertising budgets, track ROI, and prepare actionable reports.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and coordinate launches, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid and organic marketing campaigns.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, email marketing platforms, and analytics dashboards.
• Ability to lead creative direction while managing timelines, deliverables, performance, and different brand voices.
• Willingness to work U.S. hours five days per week; weekend rest days are not guaranteed.
