Senior Product Designer (Web3)

hirify.global is a crypto-native product company expanding into Dicey, a crypto casino and sportsbook platform targeting the iGaming and sports betting markets.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary hands-on designer for a new crypto-native sports betting platform.
• Define and drive the product design vision and strategy for the sports suite.
• Design major features through user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Translate novel protocol concepts into intuitive and engaging consumer experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmaps, prioritization, and cohesive user experiences.
• Mentor designers, lead critiques, refine design processes, and use AI-native workflows to build and test functional prototypes rapidly.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience at a senior, lead, or principal level.
• Experience mentoring designers and leading complex design projects with autonomy.
• Basic understanding of crypto, including wallets, transactions, or decentralized platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
• Experience or strong comfort with AI coding tools and LLM workflows for rapid interactive prototyping.
• Portfolio required, demonstrating recent hands-on design work, visual craft, strategic thinking, and project leadership.

Nice to have

• Passion for sports, sports betting, or the mechanics of sports markets.
• Experience designing consumer products in crypto or decentralized platforms.
