Fragrance Development Manager (Fine Fragrance)

Location: New York, NY or Princeton, NJ, US

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 annually, plus annual incentive pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead regional Fine Fragrance and Beauty and Care projects from brief through launch.
• Manage multiple projects and develop fragrances according to brief guidelines.
• Partner with perfumers, sales, technical development, marketing, and consumer insights teams.
• Build client relationships and create co-developed fragrance solutions.
• Connect with the global fragrance network to leverage new creations.
• Develop consumer insight-driven olfactive strategies and analyze olfactive markets with marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of fragrance evaluation experience across Fine Fragrance and Beauty, with a focus on Hair Care.
• Expertise in fragrance creation tailored to specific categories and client needs.
• Project management experience and the ability to lead multiple projects.
• Consumer understanding sufficient to develop olfactive guidelines for perfumers.
• Collaborative mindset for working within a global network.
