Mission Assurance Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Support an established Cyber Insider Risk Program through technical, intelligence, and human-centered analysis.
• Review and correlate OSINT, CYBINT, and commercial intelligence concerning threats to US Critical Infrastructure.
• Support insider risk investigations, operations, damage assessments, and intelligence inquiries by identifying leads and anomalies.
• Integrate User Activity Monitoring, User Behavior Analysis, travel disclosures, and technical and behavioral indicators to detect insider risk.
• Perform third-party, vendor, and cyber supply-chain due diligence, including technology stack, DNS, WHOIS, IP, ransomware, credential, and asset assessments.
• Author intelligence reports, FOCI threat advisories, formal analytic products, and strategic assessments, and brief senior leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience as a counterintelligence or intelligence analyst in an insider threat program, preferably in a federal or cleared environment.
• Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security missions focused on Critical Infrastructure.
• Completion of accredited counterintelligence foundational training, such as CISAC, CIASAC, or equivalent service or agency training.
• Top Secret security clearance required.

Nice to have

• Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional (CCITP) certification.
• Experience with NITTF-aligned, Counterintelligence, or FBI Insider Threat standards.
