Business Management Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Newark, NJ; NYC; Kansas City, MO; or Coppell, TX

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Support financial and operational performance across a division or business unit.
• Establish budgets, short- and long-range objectives, and criteria for monitoring progress and measuring success.
• Coordinate activities across functions including operations, accounting, and finance.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams on planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, and operational improvement.
• Lead or support small projects, solve complex business problems, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and evaluate personnel and explain complex or sensitive information while building consensus.

Requirements

• Experience in business management, operations, finance, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of procedures, concepts, and best practices within a functional area.
• Strong experience using Excel and analyzing financial and operational data.
• Understanding of budgeting, objective setting, performance monitoring, and operational planning.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and evaluate multiple sources of information.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
