What you will do

  • Lead small- to medium-scale RPO client implementations from initial scoping through stabilization.
  • Assess client needs and create project plans covering schedules, work plans, milestones, risks, communications, and training.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and scope-creep escalation.
  • Coordinate functional leaders and workstream owners while monitoring and reporting project status and issues.
  • Maintain client relationships, manage expectations, respond to issues, and provide regular project updates.
  • Support process and change-management activities and update implementation deliverables for new process rollouts.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related area.
  • General knowledge of the recruitment industry and RPO is required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong process focus and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management software.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Professional project management certification or accreditation, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Previous project management and leadership experience with strong business and technical awareness.
