Maintenance Technician

Location: Onsite in Mineral Wells, Texas, United States

Salary: $28.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform building maintenance, plumbing, painting, repairs, welding, cutting, and equipment fabrication.
• Diagnose and repair air-conditioning and heating equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics and perform basic electrical installations and repairs.
• Conduct weekly and monthly inspections of facility safety equipment.
• Operate forklifts, power tools, ladders, and personnel lifts while working safely at heights over 10 feet.
• Handle hazardous chemicals and serve as a first responder for chemical spills.

Requirements

• At least five years of facilities or maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, root cause corrective action, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work onsite in Mineral Wells, Texas, Monday through Thursday on 10-hour shifts.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Trade certification in HVAC, plumbing, or a related skilled trade.
• Certified Electrical credential.
• HAZMAT training or certification.
