Site Installation Technician (AI Data Centers)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; 90% overnight travel across the United States is required.

What you will do

• Review blueprints, diagrams, procedures, and work instructions to complete enclosure-building assemblies.
• Assemble and install electrical components, including panel boards, HVAC units, battery systems, electrical devices, and conduit.
• Use power tools and hand tools to perform installation and assembly work.
• Conduct quality checks, identify defects, and record and report issues.
• Coordinate with project management, clients, and site personnel while maintaining inventory and a clean, safe work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience wiring and installing electrical control or relay panels, or experience with mechanical assembly.
• Current driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check for company vehicle operation.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering diagrams, follow written instructions, and perform basic technical measurements.
• Ability to travel overnight across the United States for approximately 90% of the role and carry valid identification for air travel under TSA regulations.
• Ability to work outdoors and on jobsites, stand for extended periods, perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks, and lift up to 35 pounds.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing or construction experience.
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or willingness to obtain it within the first 30 days.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety management.
