Software Development Engineer II (AI/Cloud)

Location: Hybrid role based in Arlington, TX or Irving, TX, United States, with two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Develop product features for data marketplaces, mobile applications, web applications, and API services.
• Migrate products to public cloud environments and improve cloud implementation practices.
• Build, test, and deploy software through automated pipelines, continuously improving pipeline quality and speed.
• Contribute to test automation, peer reviews, security controls, and scalable product development.
• Maintain a production-first focus on scale, uptime, and rapid troubleshooting of production issues.
• Collaborate across Agile Scrum teams and contribute to improvements in quality, delivery speed, and engineering practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of software development experience.
• Expertise in the programming languages and technologies required by the product team.
• Experience developing new features, writing automated tests, optimizing data and queries, and implementing security controls.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and troubleshooting complex problems across teams.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, Go, Angular, JavaScript, Node, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, SQL, and test automation tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Logic Apps, Outsystems, Tibco BusinessWorks, Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Octopus Deploy, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Xamarin, and related testing tools.
