Associate Analyst, Falcon Complete (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA; listed as remote, with a required hybrid schedule and on-site work. The role requires a 4x10 schedule, including one weekend day.

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 per year, plus bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Communicate with customers and colleagues through clear written and verbal recommendations and findings.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoint, identity, email, and cloud environments.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, logs, and forensic artifacts to determine compromise scope and support remediation.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 threats, including business email compromise and adversary-in-the-middle attacks.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes and countermeasures.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of incident response, threat actor tactics, MITRE ATT&CK, and security investigations.
• Understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, network analysis, systems administration, and secure network architecture.
• Familiarity with identity platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, enterprise log sources, and cloud, network, identity, and email platforms.
• Experience or coursework in Python, PowerShell, or Bash, and interest or experience in applying AI to security operations.
• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience and training; ability to complete technical tasks independently and work the required schedule.
