Location: Groton, CT, USA; onsite manufacturing work

Salary: USD 20–24.50 per hour

What you will do

• Operate manufacturing equipment to convert raw materials into intermediate products and final patient-ready presentations.
• Set up equipment and complete batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, and quality tracking documentation.
• Support the operation and upkeep of a classified manufacturing environment.
• Perform operator care and maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment.
• Generate, manage, and report operational performance data.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or associate's degree with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment such as GMP or ISO, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues beyond routine operation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds or more when required.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including uniforms, safety glasses, respirators, and full protective suits.
