Knowledge Manager (Intelligence)

Location: Charlottesville, VA, United States. The position may require up to six months of deployment annually.

Salary: $60,000–$135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Align business processes, technologies, and workflows to support information sharing and collaboration across analysts, organizations, and mission partners.
• Use databases, content management systems, records management systems, and other knowledge management capabilities to organize and disseminate intelligence information.
• Analyze and refine workflows, information management practices, and knowledge-sharing activities to improve analytical production.
• Compile and report performance, utilization, and operational metrics to evaluate knowledge management capabilities.
• Assess requirements for information search, discovery, storage, retrieval, intelligence production, tasking, and sharing.
• Coordinate intelligence product dissemination across networks, systems, and portals in line with security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• At least three years of directly relevant analytical experience, including experience gained within the preceding two years.
• Experience analyzing complex, incomplete, indirect, disparate, or technically advanced information and synthesizing reporting from multiple sources.
• Experience developing analytical judgments, identifying trends, and producing well-supported intelligence assessments.
• Experience collaborating with Intelligence Community organizations and mission partners.
• Experience applying structured analytic techniques, argument evaluation, and validated analytic methodologies.

Nice to have

• Eight or more years of relevant experience for the Senior level.
• Twelve or more years of relevant experience for the Expert level.
• Experience leading teams addressing complex or critical intelligence problems.
